What is a home warranty?
A 4EverHome USA Warranty is a service contract that covers your home systems and appliances when they break down — Different from homeowners insurance plans, not a substitute for it.
How is a 4EverHome USA Warranty different from my homeowners’ insurance?
Unlike homeowner’s insurance, a 4EverHome USA Home Warranty is a service contract that covers essential applications and home system components when they break down due to normal wear and tear – items that most homeowners insurance plans do not cover. What’s covered?
Coverage varies depending on where you live and what plan fits your needs and budget. Items available for coverage typically include central air conditioning systems, central heating systems, kitchen appliances, clothes washer and dryer, plumbing system, electrical system and even swimming pool and spa equipment. Many of these items are included with the Premier Coverage which is our standard warranty plan. Additional optional coverages are available.
Do I need a home inspection before I enroll?
No. 4EverHome USA Warranty does not require a home inspection in order to enroll for a home warranty. However, covered items must be properly maintained and in good working condition at the time of purchasing warranty in order to qualify for coverage. Pre-existing conditions are not covered under the 4EverHome USA Warranty plan.
How long does the 4EverHome USA Warranty coverage last?
The 4EverHome USA Warranty contract is in effect for 3 years.
What do I do if I have a mechanical failure?

Will 4EverHome USA provide a service contractor for my repair?
Yes. 4EverHome USA provides qualified service contractors who will contact you to schedule an appointment to come evaluate and resolve your issue.
Is there a service fee?
Yes, there is an $75 service fee per service call for all covered systems and appliances as listed on your registration page. Service call means each visit by an authorized repair contractor. The service fee applies to all approved costs, including service call charges. If multiple visits are required for the same repair, you will not be charged an additional trade service fee.
